J. Mark Stiles

J. Mark Stiles, President of Stiles Associates Inc., is a specialist in monitoring, evaluation and organizational development. Mr Stiles has over 35 years of consulting experience in Canada’s North and in more than 25 developing countries worldwide. He has completed more than 60 major program, project and policy evaluations and has monitored four Canadian-funded bilateral projects. His clients include UNESCO, Unicef, Canadian International Development Agency, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, the Aga Khan Foundation, The Getty Conservation Institute, and Oxfam Canada. Mr Stiles was the resident field manager of a CIDA bilateral project in maternal and child health in Pakistan from 1990-1993. Mr Stiles has served on the boards of several non-governmental organizations, including Inter Pares and Frontier College. He has written numerous articles on monitoring, evaluation and development issues.
